Produced by the best rows of our Barbera historical vineyards, this is a wine of great structure and complexity that is ideally coupled with red meat and important dishes. The characteristics of the soil in the hill of Annunziata characterize this Nizza also because of its high elegance and potential aging.

Vinification

Manual harvesting of the best bunches and full maturation towards the third decade of September; vinification with destemming crush and maceration with skin contact in steel tanks with temperature controlled of 26-28°C for 15-20 days; frequently pumping over and punching down.
