Everyone in their life have a dream, in 2015 we realized one: the 9 rows better exposed of vineyard of the Angel, vinified and aged in 500-liter barrels for a period of time not set, but decided by the wine itself, our Nizza Riserva wants to enclose the essence of the structure of Barbera and the synthesis of elegance of Crù from the vineyard of the Angel in one cup, ready to defy time.

Vinification

Manual harvesting of the best bunches and full maturation towards the third decade of September; vinification with destemming crush and maceration with skin contact in steel tanks with temperature controlled of 26-28°C for 15-20 days; frequently pumping over and punching down.
