On February two appointments to continue the story of our magnificent territory. Over the years, during the tastings of our wines, we have researched and chosen products from the gastronomic excellences that surround us, so collaborations and friendships were born!

A special aperitivo: Gianni Bona tells us the history of his company with a selection of cured meats and cheeses, we will pair with our wines!

Founded by Angelo Bona in 1976 and now led by his son Giovanni, Bona Angelo & C. trades wholesale and retail groceries supplying small and large businesses. In 1999 it began its charcuterie production business in the town of Nizza Monferrato.

In our tastings and events we cannot miss their cured meats and especially Salòm ed Nissa, raw salami that among its ingredients has Nizza Docg. Among the products we can find in his shop are his cheese research and selection, a place where you can get advice!
