The second date to continue the story of our magnificent territory. Over the years, during the tastings of our wines, we have researched and chosen products from the gastronomic excellences that surround us, so collaborations and friendships were born!

A day with Cardo Gobbo and Nizza Docg La Vigna dell’Angelo | second edition

Meeting with the King of gastronomy of Nizza Monferrato and its standard bearers… We look forward to meeting some of the protagonists of “Tutela Cardo Gobbo di Nizza Monferrato” a Slow food presidium.

Afterwards we will sit down for Sunday lunch based on “Cardo Gobbo” (Cardoon from Nizza Monferrato)

. Torta verde (piedmontese rice cake) and focaccia with Cardo Gobbo from El Panatè

. The albesa raw meat with Cardo Gobbo, Conserve Maddalena’s extra virgin olive oil and fondue drops

. Cardo Gobbo risotto with crunchy prosciutto crudo di Cuneo

. Calamari and Cardo Gobbo

. Pan cortese with Cardo Gobbo from El Panatè
