DESCRIPTION:On September 13\, starting at 12:30 pm\, Cascina la Barbatella opens its vineyards for Barbatellando 2026\, a picnic designed to experience the estate in a different way: among the rows of vines\, with a carefully prepared basket and a glass of wine chosen by each guest. \nThe experience opens with a short welcome tasting\, meant to help guests choose the wine to bring along into the vineyard. Bottles are purchased at cellar-door price\, so they can be freely paired with the contents of each basket: a small tasting moment that becomes part of the experience itself\, not just a starter. \nFor adults\, the basket (€32 per person\, wine not included) tells the story of the estate’s pantry: cacciatorino salami with Barbera wine\, tastings of fine cheeses served with mustards\, the BARBA-sandwich of the day in both regular and mini size\, a seasonal treat from the pantry\, artisanal breadsticks\, and a small dessert to finish. A bottle of water is included for every two people. \nSince this is a working winery\, a minimum purchase of one bottle of wine every 4 people is required — a practical detail worth keeping in mind when booking. \nFor children there is a dedicated basket priced at €15\, including the BARBA-sandwich of the day\, cacciatorino salami\, cheeses\, focaccia\, breadsticks\, and a small dessert\, plus a drink and a little surprise.
