DESCRIPTION:Menù ideato da Fatna Bounaim chef e maestra pasticcera della pasticceria Il Buon Gusto\, sarà accompagnato da brevi letture tratte da Ferzen Özpetk a cura della libreria Il Salotto di Bea e in accompagnamento i nostri vini. \nCercheremo di raccontare la poetica del regista e scrittore Ferzen Özpetek che usa la tavola imbandita come luogo dell’anima\, dove l’umanità si incontra ed è capace di condividere. Il banchetto diventa il luogo in cui sentirsi a casa\, in cui essere sinceri\, dove le verità anche più scomode diventano più leggere. Mezè è un termine persiano che significa gusto e racchiude una miriade di antipasti\, sfiziosi e gustosi da condividere con i commensali. \n“Sono cresciuto in Turchia\, in una casa con tre tavole: in cucina\, in salone\, in terrazza. DESCRIPTION:Menu created by Chef and Master Pastry Chef Fatna Bounaim of the pastry shop Il Buon Gusto. The evening will be accompanied by short readings from Ferzan Özpetek\, curated by the bookstore Il Salotto di Bea\, along with a selection of our wines.\nWe will seek to convey the poetics of the director and writer Ferzan Özpetek\, who uses the laid table as a place of the soul—where humanity meets and is able to share. The banquet becomes a space in which to feel at home\, to be sincere\, where even the most uncomfortable truths grow lighter. Mezè is a Persian term meaning “taste” and encompasses a myriad of small\, flavorful dishes meant to be shared among fellow diners. \n“I grew up in Turkey\, in a house with three tables: in the kitchen\, in the living room\, and on the terrace.
